I am going to use these concepts to help train my own team on becoming more influential speakers. Development is a journey not an event, and I recommend Paul as a helpful companion along the way!

This book was so good I purchased two more copies as gifts for my daughters who are fairly new to the "professional life". But it's also very applicable to everyday life and how to communicate more effectively. It's easy to read, funny, and makes important points about how to make sure you get your point across.
